What Do I Need?
The course is both a classroom setting and fieldwork. Be prepared for our hot sticky summers. Thunderstorms in the afternoon are always a treat. You will need a soil auger, Munsell Soil Color Chart, plant ID guides, lunch, and a notebook. We will provide you with the 1987 Manual, hydric soils list, plant indicator list, and a few other goodies.
