Marc Seelinger, PWS
Mr. Seelinger is an Associate at Cill Ide Native Plant Nursery. He is the lead instructor for the Nursery’s education and outreach program.
Mr. Seelinger is a Professional Wetland Scientist (PWS) certified by the Society of Wetland Scientists (SWS). He was also recognized as Certified Wetland Delineator by the Baltimore District US Army Corps of Engineers. He has over 20 years experience with wetland delineations, functional assessments, stream restoration, mitigation design, watershed planning, BMP design and storm water planning. He holds several storm water BMP certifications from the States of Maryland, Delaware and North Carolina.
Mr. Seelinger’s recent project experience includes the development of several design/build wetland and stream restoration projects in North Carolina, Maryland, Virginia, Delaware, New York and New Jersey. He has also conducted hundreds of environmental assessments and wetland delineations throughout the United States. His watershed planning experience is highlighted by a major project undertaken by the City of New York. Working for Environmental Concern Inc., he served as a subconsultant to Hazen and Sawyer, PC to assist them with the planning and design of the South Richmond Drainage Plan. Bryan M. Dick, Hydrologist
Mr. Dick is Hydraulic/ Stream Restoration Engineer. His specialty is engineering design for wetlands and streams. He is experienced in fluid mechanics, water resources, stormwater management, hydrogeology, environmental remediation, and stream restoration. He is proficient in the use of AutoCAD, HEC-RAS, HEC-2, HydroCAD, Ground Water Vistas, MathCAD, Seep 2D, MicroStation, TR-55, and XP SWMM. Mr. Dick is the principal instructor for our Wetland Hydrology workshop.
